Youth Speed and Agility Camp

Youth at the Bay Club have been able to take advantage of a new Youth Speed and Agility Camp every Tuesday and Friday.   Under the direction of Fitness Director, Dave Maloney, this class is for boys and girls ranging in age from 11 to 17 years old.   Dave utilizes body weight exercises, an agility ladder, core exercises, and dynamic range of motion drills to better prepare the young athlete for any sport.  Smaller class sizes have allowed the students to receive one on one attention.
